TAFM ISANTI HALL – RENTAL INFORMATION

Standard Rental Rates (Max: 300 Guests):

Main Hall Rental $1,875 $2,500
Lounge Rental $300 $400
Kitchen Rental $300 $400
Sound & AV System $300 $400
Entire Hall Package $2,625 $3,500

“Entire Hall Package” includes Main Hall, Lounge, Kitchen and Sound & AV System rentals

Important Rental Notes: 
Standard rental rates are for up to 300 guests. For over 300 guests, an additional flat $500
Maximum hall capacity is for 400 guests
At least Main Hall rental is required
If renting for two consecutive days, we offer special discount on the 2nd day as listed below:
> Renters to pay a fixed amount of $1,200 on the 2nd day, and this will include the “Entire Hall Package”
> Venue cannot be used on the 2nd day for fundraising/profit making or unrelated from the previous day.

Chairs and tables will be made available, and it is the RENTER’S responsibility for setup & clean-up

Rental Time:
7am to 12am Midnight (includes time needed to prepare/setup for the event)
Decoration set-up IN ADVANCE $500 for 6 hours. $100/hr for additional set-up time.
Must consult our staff within 2 weeks of rental time to see if the venue is available for advance setup.

Payment Timing:
Down Payment: 50% of total rental cost is due on signing the rental agreement
Remaining 50% balance, and damage deposit of $500 are due at least 30 days before the event

TAFM Members Discount:
15% discount on Standard rental rates (Up to 300 guests)
No additional costs for over 300 guests
Membership must be paid up to date
Host (ie: bride or groom) must show his/her membership to receive discount
