Dear Community Members,

As most of you are aware, the Central Tibetan Administration has been conducting a Demographic Survey since July 15th in the USA. Here in Minnesota, so far we have received less than 300 surveys. We urgently request ALL Tibetans and Tibetan Descendents to complete this form to be counted in this census – demographic survey. (Please refer to the youtube videos below to understand the importance of completing the survey and how to complete the survey.)

DEADLINE TO COMPLETE THE FORM IS JULY 31, 2022

For convenience, we are attaching the form in this email and requesting that you fill out the form for EACH PERSON. Then email the completed forms back to us at census@tafm.org along with verifying identity documents such as green book or a government issued ID. 

** If you do not have a green book or it is not paid up to date, no worries. We just want to have an accurate count of Tibetans in exile.
